How does your design process work?
We first discuss the client's needs, target market, and uses, called a "needs assessment." This helps us create manageable expectations for all parties involved, including; project objectives, budget, timelines, deliverables, and distribution. We then ask for examples of existing work that the client likes or dislikes to get an idea of their taste.(ie logos, brochures, websites, etc.) Sometimes the client already has a design concept in mind. Other times, they have no idea what they want. Either way, our team collects enough information before the project begins to deliver on-time and on-budget.

I have images on my website, can I use them for my brochure?
Typically, images you have on your website are not high resolution, therefore not usable for print output. Web resolution is 72 dpi (dots per inch), while print is 300 dpi. If you have original high resolution imagery that was used to create your website, we can use those images to create print-ready files.

If you create an interactive presentation for me, can I use it on my website?
Yes. We typically create interactive presentations in Flash which can be converted to Flash video and posted on your website. Flash offers the most flexible solution to leverage your investment in interactive presentations for sales or training to your website.

Do you develop websites in Flash?
Yes. We can create websites in most popular technologies for the web, including: HTML, Flash, PHP, ASP.NET. As with all projects, a 'needs assessment' will dictate what technology is used to create the website.

Can you use my CAD files or 3D Studio Max files to create 3D Animation?
Yes. We can accept the following file formats for use in creating your 3D animation project: .DXF, .DWG, .3DS, .LWO, .OBJ. Most major software packages have the ability to export to one of these formats.

What is a typical turnaround for a custom tradeshow exhibit?
Portable pop-up exhibits have a typical turnaround of 2 weeks from approval of graphic artwork. Modular portable exhibits have a turnaround of 3-4 weeks. Modular 10 x 20 and 20 x 20 exhibits have a typical turnaround of 60-90 days to complete. We also offer turnkey logistics and storage solutions to take the hassle out of managing your exhibit.

Can you shoot video and photography at my facility?
Yes. We have our own in-house studio for those who require a controlled environment for products or portraiture, however, we can also take our studio on the road to create an on-location studio anywhere in the world.

What types of files do you need to output large format graphics?
We can accept many file formats for large format graphics including; .eps, .jpg, .pdf, .psd, .ai, and .tif. More important than file format, is resolution.
The files must be created at 150 dpi at actual size. If a low resolution image is used in a graphic file, the result will be a low resolution print. If you

What payment options do you accept?
We accept business checks, personal checks, money orders, credit cards and PayPal.
